Alexandra was born in Athens and moved to the UK in 2005 to pursue her passion for Architecture. She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first-class degree in 2012. As an Architect, Alexandra has worked on residential master planning projects, social housing, high-end private residences, and commercial design projects. Her skill set lies in finding creative solutions, building professional relationships, and putting systems in place to ensure the business runs smoothly. In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys reading, cooking, and listening to podcasts.

Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, Richard lived in the southeast of England for 17 years, developing his heating engineering career. More recently, he works in Project Management and Construction, specialising in the delivery of all building elements of our construction projects. Richard is incredibly practical, realistic, and has a keen eye for detail, often aware of things others do not notice. He takes great pride in his work, ensuring our craftsmanship meets client expectations. Richard enjoys the great outdoors in his spare time, especially off-roading and jet skiing.

Apollon is the youngest member of the Powell Team; he is small but mighty and what he lacks in experience he makes up for in enthusiasm. Apollon is creative, strong-willed and determined. He certainly knows how to negotiate a good deal! In his spare time, he enjoys climbing, drawing and reading books. He also likes magnets, tractors and anything with wheels. When he grows up, Apollon wants to be a builder or a dinosaur. He can’t decide!

Our lead Project Administrator Bessie will be the main point of contact during your architectural, construction, or design projects. Her expertise ensures a meticulous, well-coordinated process from concept to completion. Our clients can always trust in Bessie to listen to their visions & questions.

As a lifelong Lego lover, Finlay plays a crucial role in our architectural team here at PDC, collaborating closely with Alexandra and Teresa. His portfolio includes some of our most significant residential properties, where he combines precision and creativity to help transform spaces.

James, our meticulous Site Manager, is our watchful eye ensuring every project runs smoothly, on schedule, and with unparalleled quality. His dedication helps us in our commitment to delivering excellence on every front, achieving the highest standards within the scoped works.

Susie is our Finance Administrator here at Powell DC, ensuring precise and efficient billing management for our clients. She expertly handles all financial matters with clarity and detail, making sure all transactions are transparent and straightforward.

Dianne is an expert at anticipating client needs and ensuring every interaction is handled with the utmost professionalism. Our clients can rest assured that with Dianne, they have a dedicated and knowledgeable advocate at their side during every stage of their project.

Eager and hands-on, John is currently undertaking a two-year property maintenance apprenticeship with us here at PDC. He's swiftly mastering all relevant trades on-site, from plumbing to carpentry, ensuring quality upkeep for every property.
