This project is now well into construction, with the transformation of the multi-level residential garden taking shape on site.

The design introduces defined zones, improved flow, and a dedicated dining area, while retaining key existing features including the raised stone retaining wall and timber sleeper planting beds. New planting adds structure and privacy throughout.

Material selection was central to the design process from the outset. Light cream porcelain paving defines the main terrace and patio areas, with anthracite plank picture frame edging used to border and separate each zone. A subtle stepping stone detail through the lawn reduces maintenance without compromising the overall aesthetic.
