Capricorn Way | Stoke-on-Trent

This project involved the partial renovation of a 2-bedroom bungalow in Stoke-on-Trent, completed as part of a refurbishment prior to sale.

The works focused on improving layout, functionality, and overall appeal. An internal wall was removed to create a more open-plan living space, alongside the rebuild of the front porch to enhance the entrance.

Additional upgrades included a new kitchen installation, new flooring throughout, full electrical rewire, plastering, and complete redecoration.

The result is a brighter, more spacious home, designed to better suit modern living and maximise market value.
