This project was developed as a design-only concept, comprising 3D visualisations and renders of a proposed rear extension and landscaping scheme.

The design explores a more open, connected ground floor layout centred around a kitchen-diner extension with a large family island. A generous roof lantern was recommended to maximise natural light within the new space. Full-width bifold doors create a direct link to the garden, opening onto a natural stone patio designed for dining, relaxing, and everyday family use. The landscaping concept includes a pergola-covered seating area, outdoor kitchen / BBQ zone, spa area, and family-friendly lawn space.
