Mallard – Staffordshire

This project was developed as a design-only concept, including detailed 3D visualisations and renders of a proposed rear extension and full garden landscaping scheme.

The design explores a more open and connected ground floor layout, centred around a kitchen-diner extension with a large family island. A roof lantern was introduced to maximise natural light within the space, while full-width bifold doors create a strong connection between the home and garden.

Externally, the landscaping design focuses on creating a functional and inviting outdoor environment. A natural stone patio provides space for dining and everyday use, complemented by a pergola-covered seating area, outdoor kitchen and BBQ zone, spa area, and a family-friendly lawn.

The result is a cohesive design that enhances both the internal layout and the way the outdoor space is used, tailored to modern family living.
