The brief centres on a four-bedroom family home with an open plan kitchen-living-dining space, separate lounge, and carefully considered supporting spaces. The design prioritises framed views, natural light, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

Sustainability has been a key driver from the outset, with the scheme exploring sustainable materials, a high-performance building envelope, renewable energy integration, water conservation measures, and low-carbon heating solutions.
