This residential project in Stoke-on-Trent involved a rear dining extension and full garden landscaping design for a growing young family living in a three-storey new-build home.

The new extension created a bright 5m x 4m dining space with large glazed openings and rooflights to maximise natural light and improve the connection to the garden.
‍

Alongside the extension works, our team redesigned the external layout by reconfiguring fencing, constructing retaining walls, relocating the shed, and installing modern composite decking to create a more practical and enjoyable outdoor living space.

The project significantly improved the home’s functionality, entertaining space, and overall openness, demonstrating how thoughtful design can completely transform newer-build homes without the need to move.
