This project involved a comprehensive renovation of a bungalow in Newcastle-under-Lyme, featuring a rear extension with vaulted ceiling and apex glazing, reconfigured open-plan kitchen diner, a bathroom redesign with walk-in shower, and the creation of a generous dressing room.

The new design maximises the property's loft space through full boarding and insulation, while sustainable technologies including solar panels and an air source heat pump ensure energy efficiency. Strategic use of the vaulted ceiling transforms what was a standard bungalow into a light-filled contemporary home, with Phase II currently in design to include a garden office, sauna, and complete landscape redesign.
