Project Spotlight – Reviving A Character Family Home In Nantwich, Cheshire

November 30, 2022

This home renovation in Nantwich, Cheshire, features practical improvements, including a new fireplace, structural upgrades, bi-fold doors, and a custom bookcase.

In August, we completed an interior renovation project for a charming family home in Stoke-on-Trent. The work included both structural improvements and aesthetic updates to freshen up this much loved home.

Structural Improvements

The property required several key structural elements, including steel beam installation and 6m bi-fold doors overlooking the garden. We also completed rewiring and decoration throughout the house.

Living Space Updates

The living room received a new modern fireplace as a focal point. We were able to restore the existing parquet floors, maintaining a beautiful original feature of the home.

A bespoke fitted bookcase was built by our carpenter, providing storage while enhancing the living space.

Additional Amenities

To improve functionality of the space, we added a new shower room and utility room to the property.

These improvements have updated the home while maintaining its character, creating practical spaces that meet the family's changing needs.

Each addition to this home beautifully reflects the lives of our clients and how they live day-to-day in their home.
