We’re back on site in Newcastle-under-Lyme at Project Winchester, delivering the next phase of works — transforming the garden into a more usable and well-balanced outdoor space.
Having previously completed the rear kitchen extension and internal works at Project Winchester, we’re now back on site to deliver the next phase.
The original brief for this landscaping project focused on creating a garden that works day-to-day, with a mix of lawn, planting, and a practical seating area.

The new porcelain patio has been installed to match the existing terrace, creating a seamless connection from the new extension into the garden.
The layout retains the natural split levels, with steps leading up to the main lawn and planting areas, helping to define each zone while keeping the space feeling open.

A key feature of this phase is the addition of a new garden outbuilding, designed to accommodate a home office, gym, and sauna.
After carefully reviewing construction options with our clients — including prefab, SIPs, and traditional build — we’ve been able to strike the right balance between cost, performance, and design flexibility.
Whilst we wait for the bespoke outbuilding to be fabricated off-site, we’ll be continuining to work alongside our landscaping partners to complete the soft landscaping and bring the overall design together.
