As a guest lecturer at Staffordshire University, Alexandra regularly shares her real-world expertise with architecture students, bridging the gap between academic theory and professional practice.

Her passion for education doesn't stop there - she continuously hosts student placements at both secondary school and university levels, providing invaluable hands-on experience that shapes future careers in architecture and construction.

She also hosted a 'Mini Architects in the Making' workshop here at the PDC offices last December, for local primary school children. We worked together to encourage design thinking through muliple model-making activities, creating iconic world landmarks.

Alexandra frequently gives talks and speeches at local universities and business events, not just to showcase our work, but to actively encourage other businesses to follow suit in supporting young talent. She believes that investing in the next generation isn't just good practice, it's essential for the future of our industry.

Then, through her The Transformation Collective events, Alexandra also supports other local women in business, demonstrating her belief in lifting others.
