Our clients at Project Trinity in Congleton came back to us recently after we worked on their rear extension project earlier this year, this time we were tasked with transforming their unused loft space.

The Brief
As part of their broader home renovation project, our lovely Congleton clients also tasked us with transforming their dark, difficult-to-access loft from wasted space into organised, usable storage. Here's what it looked like before:

What We Did
- Installed new roof lights for natural light
- Laid quality flooring throughout
- Added fresh skirting boards
- Fitted a new loft ladder for safe access
- Completed full decoration

The Result
A bright, accessible storage space that's now effectively used, rather than avoided!
The roof lights transformed the feel completely and proper boarding means safer storage, rather than items balanced precariously on joists.

Maximising Unused Space
Most homes have significant loft space that goes largely unused. Rather than a full conversion (with all the building regulations and structural work involved), sometimes simple improvements make all the difference - roof lights, proper flooring, safe access.
It's about making existing space work harder for you.
Another project completed for returning clients - always satisfying when families trust us to come back for additional work.
